Shipping policy
After orders are placed, we generally take 3-5 business days (may be affected by sales season or holidays for packaging, etc).
Shipping Methods: Gold Crowns & Roses provides customers around the world with flexible shipping methods, including DHL, UPS and USPS. Generally faster shipping time corresponds to a higher freight rate of your needs.
Tracking your package: We provide complete and timely tracking info for all orders in Gold Crowns & Roses.
For calculated shipping rates: shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at check out. Add Free Shipping For orders over $100 at check out.
Pre-Orders: What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive that item when it is released and not have to worry about it selling out elsewhere and not receiving it. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are located in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer.
How long will it take to arrive?
Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If you ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order we will ship once your complete order is in stock. Please note that some items may arrive before others.
When will you charge me for my item?
To secure your item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.
Can I cancel items that I have Pre-Ordered?
Yes. Please contact us at Goldcrowns.roses1@gmail.com. Please note that canceled Pre-Orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Another store received the item I Pre-Ordered already. Why hasn’t mine shipped out yet?
Each retailer receives items at different time frames from the manufacturer. The time we receive a product can vary from up to 4 weeks from other retailers. Please be rest assured that if you placed your order, we will ship your item as soon as we receive our shipment. Please be sure to sign up for our email newsletter where we continuously update you on shipping updates and changes to estimated ship dates.
Free Pick Up @ 4414 S Marsalis Ave in the Glendale Shopping Center (Call for directions if necessary). Please be sure to provide your contact info upon arrival. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up, after placing your order for local pick up. These orders will be ready within same day to 1-3 business days (could be effected by holidays or sales season). We will contact you (email, text, call) along with instructions. In store pick up hours are 12pm-7pm on Tuesday - Sunday. If you are not able to come during these times please let us know via email, text, or call and we can most definitely can work something out. Please be sure to have your order conformation email ready upon arrival.
We do offer international shipping. Calculated shipping rates are displayed at checkout. International shipping times may be 5-7 business days after orders are placed (May be affected by sales season or holidays).
